Puget Sound Pet Photography

Because your pet is the most attractive member of your household.

I believe every animal—whether they have paws, hooves, or feathers—deserves to be captured in their best light. As a lifelong animal lover and photographer based in Western Washington, I specialize in creating colorful, personality-filled portraits of pets of and their humans.

With a dog and two cats of my own, I understand how deeply our pets are woven into our daily lives. They’re our companions, our comfort, our chaos, and our joy. That’s why I bring the same patience, care, and (let’s be honest) treat-bribery to every session that I would with my own crew. Using a fear-free approach, I make sure your pet feels comfortable, relaxed, and ready to show off their true selves.

Whether we’re in your backyard, a barn, or out exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, I’ll capture your pet’s unique spark and the connection you share. These aren’t just portraits—they’re memories of a beloved member of your family.

Your best friend deserves a spot on the wall

What working together looks like

Meet & Greet

Before the session, I’d love to get to know you and your pet! Whether in person or virtually, we’ll have a quick meet-and-greet to chat about your pet’s personality, who you want featured in the session, and anything that will help make the session more comfortable and fun for everyone.

Tailored Shoot Experience

Based on your pet’s personality and what you’re hoping to get from the session, we’ll plan a custom shoot that’s typically an hour to two hours long. This can be done at your home, a local spot that's special to you, or at one of the many beautiful, local parks we have here in the PNW.

Turning Moments Into Art

After the session, you’ll get to see the best shots and choose how you’d like to display them, from digital images to prints that make sure your pet gets the wall space they deserve.

"Sit" is optional but fun is required.

FAQs

How long does the session take?

Sessions typically last around an hour and a half, but we’ll take as much time as needed to make sure we get the best shots. The goal is to make sure your pet is comfortable and happy throughout the process!

Can I bring more than one pet?

Absolutely! I’m happy to photograph multiple pets in one session. Just let me know in advance, and we’ll make sure everyone has their moment to shine!

Where do the photoshoots take place?

I love to photograph your pets in a location that means something to you - like your home or your favorite park. I have some recommendations and am happy to take the lead if you don't have any ideas.

What happens after the shoot?

After the session, we’ll schedule a time in the next few weeks for you to view your photos and choose your favorites. You’ll have access to digital images and print options, so you can decide how you want to display your pet’s gorgeous portrait at home.

What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?

If we’re planning an outdoor shoot and the weather doesn’t cooperate, no worries! We can either capture some classic PNW rain shots, reschedule, or shift the session to an indoor location.

Are dogs leashed for their shoot?

Unless we are shooting at your home or in a dog park, I require your dog stay leashed for everyone's safety. I recommend ditching the harness and selecting a bright leash for the session. Leashes will be edited out of the photo.

Let's work together.

At the end of the day, it’s all about celebrating the animals who make our lives better—even though their time with us never feels long enough.

Tell me a little about your pet and what you're looking for in a photographer, I’d love to hear all about them!
